Medeama Sporting Club won two out of the three nominations for the Ghana Premier League monthly awards for the month of September, as Coach Kapor and Goalkeeper Appiah Kubi won their respective categories.

Coach Nebojsa Kapor, whose impressive guidance lead the Mauve and Yellows to a 100% win rate to the start of the 2024/2025, beating Accra Lions, Legon Cities, and Basake Holy Stars, was voted the Manager of the month of September.

The Bosnian tactician took home NASCO products for winning the first covetous NASCO Coach of the month of the new season.

In related development, Goalkeeper Appiah Kubi, who led Medeama SC as the skipper throughout the month under reveal also beat his opposite numbers to claim the “Safest pair of hands”, Goalkeeper of the month of September 2024, following an impressive performance.

The enterprising goalie, kept two clean sheets out of three matches and conceded just a goal in the month of September, and winning all three months played in September.

What could have been a hat trick of awards was missed out as Kamaradini Mamudu lost the NASCO player of September 2024 to Aduana FC’s Emmanuel Marfo.
