The management and technical team of Medeama Sporting Club have officially given the players a break until further notice when they will be recalled to assemble at Tarkwa to start pre-season formalities ahead of the proposed GHALCA Top 4 competition and the 2022/2023 Ghana Premier League season.

Medeama achieved a historic 2nd position in the just-ended GPL season, though with no trophy to show, and would be hoping to go for the ultimate which will be a massive feat in the club’s history.

According to the technical team, the players are expected to keep in shape by engaging in personal training; so as to ensure when the date for the Ghana Top is announced they will be readily available for a takeoff.

The Ghana Premier League for the next season is slated to kick off on September 9th, 2022 baring any changes, and the registration of players is scheduled to take place from Friday, July 11 to August 15, 2022.
