Referee Selorm Yao Bless will lead a team of officiating official come Sunday as Medeama SC plays host to Obuasi AshantiGold at the Akoon Community Park at Tarkwa.

To assist center referee Yao Bless, according to the Referees Committee of the GFA will be Alex Osam as assistant line 1 and Mumuni Fuseini on line 2, with Christian Atsatsa and Samadzi Joshua as Match Commissioner and 4th referee respectively.

The week 28 fixture between 4th placed Medeama SC, who lead 10th ranked AshGold by five (5) points kicks off at 3.00 pm on Sunday.

Medeama SC have won a total of 33 points out of their 43 accumulated points at home this season, winning all their home barring their defeat to Dream FC and draws with GoldStars, Berekum Chelsea and Great Olympics in the first round.

AshGold is one of the two teams Coach Umar Rabi’s side have managed to beat away from Tarkwa and a win will not only be a back-to-back victories but will also keep the “We never give up” boys top 4 status intact.
