Newly appointed Medeama SC head coach, Ibrahim Tanko, wasted no time in setting his expectations for the team after being officially introduced to the players and technical staff at the Akoon Community Park
Led by Vice CEO Alfred Owusu and Technical Director Augustine Adotey, the introduction session provided an opportunity for Tanko to outline his vision. His message centered on three key principles: unity, hard work, and discipline, which he believes are essential for the club’s success.
“We must work as one unit, fight for each other, and remain committed to our goals. Discipline will be key, both on and off the pitch,” Tanko stressed to the players.
The coach’s immediate task is to refocus the squad ahead of the crucial second round of the Ghana Premier League and the MTN FA Cup campaign. With his leadership, Medeama SC is determined to make a strong push for domestic and continental success.
The club urges all supporters to rally behind the team as Tanko begins his journey with the Mauve and Yellow.
