Attacker, Kingsley Braye has been handed his Medeama Sporting Club debut start of the season as the team plays Nations Football Club in its 7th fixture of the 2024/2025 Ghana Premier League.
The young attacker who since Medeama’s game against Kpando Heart of Lions has had minutes in every single game the club has played, will for the first time start for the Mauve and Yellows, pushing Derrick Fordjour to the bench.
Also having his debut start for the club this season is right back, Ebenezer Nkrumah, who has been called to fill the void left by suspended Kamaradini Mamudu in defense together with Fatawu Sulemana on the left side of defense; as Nurudeen Abdulai and Emmanuel Cudjoe take up the central defensive roles, with goalkeeper Appiah Kubi leading the team.
Injury returned, Prosper Owusu Boakye will this afternoon pair with Manuel Mantey in the heart of Medeama’s midfield and will be complimented by Nana Kofi Babil.
Kingsley Braye, Diawisie Taylor and Bernardinho Osah Tetteh are expected to play in advance role.
Medeama SC is chasing the first win in the month of October, having gone three matches with two draws and a defeat.
