Head Coach of Medeama Sporting Club, Nebosja Kapor, has extended an invitation to the club’s supporters and sympathisers to follow the team in their numbers to Aiyinase for the Western Regional derby clash against Basake Holy Stars.

The Bosnian gaffer made this call during the club’s pre-match press conference prior to the Ghana Premier League matchday 4 away fixture to the top tier debutants scheduled for this Sunday, September 29 at the C.A.M Park, Aiyinase at 3pm.

“I know the difficulties in Ghana traveling to places. This journey is not too far and I hope they will give us support. So am calling them to come and give support to the players and I will be very happy because the supporters and all of us are together in every match, in every problem and in every positive thing. I hope they will give us support and all of us will win in a row three matches after Sunday’s match”, Coach Kapor declared.

Kapor expressed his satisfaction with the performance of his boys and results recorded so far from the Mauve and Yellows first two games and hoped they make it 3 out of 3 with a massive support from the traveling supporters.

The technical team and players believe the Apinto Memorial Cup game during their season with Holy Stars gives them a fair idea or what to expect and how to approach Sunday’s match.

The team will continue its training session tomorrow at the Tarkwa Cyanide Astroturf.
