Ghanaian giants, Medeama SC stepped up preparations for the playoffs of the CAF Champions League with a 1-0 friendly win against Ebusua Dwarfs on Thursday afternoon.

In the friendly match played at the Robert Mensah Sports Stadium, the Yellow and Mauve outfit put on a good performance.

Although the side faced strong competition from the lower-tier league side, Medeama Sporting Club managed to cruise to a narrow 1-0 victory at the end of the 90 minutes.

The win was possible thanks to a free-kick from Bernadinho Osah Tetteh.

The talented player scored from a direct free-kick in the first half to give his side the victory.

The friendly against Ebusua Dwarfs today is to keep Medeama SC in shape for the first leg of the CAF Champions League tie against Horoya SC.

That game will come off on Sunday, September 17, at the Cape Coast Stadium.
