New boy Daniel Lomotey was on target for Medeama in our 1-1 draw against Venomous Vipers in a preparatory match on Thursday.

The new signing announced his presence with a fine strike as the two teams settled for a pulsating stalemate at the Cape Coast Stadium.

Lomotey, who has signed a two-year contract with the Mauve and Yellows has now scored two goals in two matches.

He was on target as Medeama dispatched lower-tier side Adisadel Youth Club 2-0 on Wednesday.

He is expected to be eligible to face Dreams FC on Sunday in the Ghana Super Cup as his ITC has arrived.
