Medeama Sporting Club’s nimble-footed attacking midfielder, Godfred Kwadwo Asamoah in a Facebook post has expressed his heartfelt gratitude to God, teammates, team officials, and supporters for an eventful season, as he hopes for a better 2022/2023 season.
It might not be a glittering start to the 2021/2022 season for Medeama SC attacker, Godfred Kwadwo Asamoah but certainly not a bad ending to the end of the season especially after his exploits against Accra Great Olympics on the matchday 30 on May 21, 2022, where Medeama staged a comeback to beat Olympics by 2-1 at the Accra Sports Stadium with Kwadwo Asamoah scoring the winning goal with what many described as “goal of the season” screamer.
Asamoah, who spent the greater part of the season as a substitute player became the toast of many including the technical team to command a starter’s role in the remaining 4 games to climax the season and glittered to the admiration of many.
This is what the skillful attacker wrote:
So we Thank God the season has been successful . All thanks go to the almighty Lord fo a wonderful season next to my daddy Moses Amponsah , to My teammates and the entire team officials and to you the fans , much love and respect to you all .
