Coach Abdul Umar Rabi has been named to rival three other coaches for the NASCO Coach of the month of March award.

The young but intelligent gaffer accrued a total of 7 points out of a possible 12 points from four (4) matches his side, Medeama SC engaged in the said month.

Medeama started the month of March on a poor note losing away to Bibiani Goldstars by a goal to nil at the Dun’s Park but recovered to beat both Eleven Wonders and King Faisal by the same scoreline suffered at Bibiani and also managed a 1-1 draw with Regional rivals, Karela United at Aiyinase CAM Park.

Medeama SC kept two clean sheets, conceding 2 goals and scoring 3 in March 2022.

Other managers in competition with coach Umar Rabi for the covetous award are Karim Zito of Dreams FC, Bechem United’s Kassim Mingles, and Samuel Boadu of Hearts of Oak.
