Medeama SC’s promising goal poacher, Patrick Akese Akese has returned to the pitch after three months on the sidelines due to an ankle injury.

The former Nzema Kotoko prolific striker, who joined the Mauves at the beginning of the 2021/2022 GPL season for his first premier league football sustained an ankle injury during Medeama SC’s stalemate away game against Techiman Eleven Wonders in the match-day 3 of the GPL 14th November 2021 and has since not tasted football with the team after just two appearances for the Tarkwa side.

Akese Akese after a series of medical attention and rehabilitation is now undertaking individual training after the care of the team’s Physiotherapist and is expected to join the rest of the group for full training to bid his return to competitive football in the next two or three weeks.
