Medeama SC Complete Signing of Centre-Back Jelilu Osman on Three-Year Deal

Medeama Sporting Club have completed the signing of promising centre-back Jelilu Osman from New Edubiase United, with the defender putting pen to paper on a three-year contract after successfully completing his medical and all necessary contractual formalities.

Osman joins the Ghana Premier League champions from the Division One side as the Mauve and Yellows continue to strengthen their squad ahead of the 2026/27 season, which will see the club defend its domestic title, compete for the FA Cup and return to the CAF Champions League.

The young defender is expected to link up with his new teammates immediately as preparations intensify. He will have the opportunity to further integrate into the squad and build chemistry with the playing group when Medeama travel to Côte d'Ivoire for a residential pre-season camp.

His arrival adds further depth to the heart of the Medeama defence as the technical team prepares his squad for the demands of another challenging domestic and continental campaign.

Jelilu Osman is Mauve and Yellow until 2029.
