Biography
The outstanding captain started as a teenager, featuring for the side from Third-tier to the Premier League. The 27-year-old has also featured for Ghanaian lower side Wassaman United and Third World Football Club.
He has been out of the club once – a two-year stint at Tanzanian giants Young Africans. The attacking midfielder won the Mainland Premier League and Super Cup with Tanzania powerhouse Young Africans in 2015.
He won the MTN FA Cup with the Medeama in 2013 and featured in the CAF Confederation Cup with the side a year later.
The Medeama skipper has the experience, finishing and vision to make him one of the most respected players at the club. The versatile attacking midfielder, can operate as a winger as well and his movement off the ball and finding pockets of space makes him invaluable.
Zutah is simply an exceptional player, who finds space intelligently, creates chances and scores goals.
The University of Cape Coast graduate has been rewarded with a citation of Honour by the club for his immense contribution over a decade.
His stock has risen after being voted the Vice-President of the Professional Footballers Association of Ghana (PFAG) – a monumental achievement by any home-based footballer.
