Emmanuel Owusu Wins Medeama SC October Player of the Month Award with 86.5% of Votes

Medeama Sporting Club is pleased to announce that creative midfielder Emmanuel Owusu has been named the Mr Tee Shoe & Unisex Boutique Player of the Month for October 2025, after securing an emphatic 86.5% of the total public votes cast.

Owusu’s commanding victory came ahead of fellow nominees Kelvin Nkrumah and Abdul Salam, following weeks of consistent, high-quality performances in the Ghana Premier League.

A Standout October

The midfielder featured in three of Medeama’s four matches during October, contributing significantly to the team’s strong run of form. His statistics over the month include:

3 appearances, missing one through injury

Owusu began the month with a masterful display in Medeama’s 2–1 win over Nations FC, where he scored a sublime free-kick opener and later delivered the corner that resulted in the match-winning goal—earning him the NASCO MVP award.

His creativity and composure continued to influence Medeama’s performance in subsequent GPL matches throughout October, providing attacking thrust, intelligent passing, and set-piece quality that strengthened the team’s push up the league table.
