It was a night to remember for Kelvin Nkrumah, who broke his goal drought in spectacular fashion by scoring a hat-trick to lead Medeama Sporting Club into the MTN FA Cup semi-finals.

Prior to the quarter-final clash with Attram DeVisser Soccer Academy, the young striker had not scored for Medeama this season. However, when the moment arrived, he seized it emphatically.

Nkrumah first broke the deadlock during extra time after reacting quickest to a loose ball inside the penalty area following a cross from Fatawu Sulemana.

He then doubled Medeama’s lead after connecting with a perfectly weighted pass from Derrick Fordjour before calmly converting a penalty to complete a memorable hat-trick.

In one unforgettable night, the striker transformed his season narrative — turning frustration into triumph with three goals in a single match.
